Furnishings and fixtures are sourced from within the industry both from local purveyors and worldwide. To match the individual needs of each client Modplay Studio can designs custom pieces in order to make the final product uniquely representative of our clients.
Modplay Studio is a boutique architecture and design firm specializing in high-end residential projects and boutique style commercial spaces. Established in Miami Beach, Florida by principals Carlos Rodriguez and Leandro Lantiqua, the firm has quickly established itself as a leader in the industry.
With a unique background in both Architecture and Interior Design, Carlos Rodriguez and Leandro Lantigua join forces to create a perfect balance between function and beauty, abstraction and reality, playfulness and form. Their designs and aesthetics are ever evolving and always inspired.
